Construction Foreman

 

Position Summary
EPSEC specializes in large scale earth retaining projects and we are seeking your construction supervisory expertise.  MUST POSSESS MINIMUM 5 years experience in general construction management, the candidate should have the following abilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solid knowledge of safety procedures and quality control. 

• Ability to problem solves on a day-to-day basis and supervises and directs team. 

• Will be involved in supervising projects, ordering materials and daily trouble-shooting of problems. 

• Supervising a small crew.

• Excellent communications skills with crew and customers.

• Operate excavating equipment.

• Provide and maintain accurate paperwork

• Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and other strenuous field tasks.

• Computer knowledge or site development backgrounds are a plus.

 

Requirement

Successful candidate will be a High School Graduate.

This position also requires travel mostly out of State so a good driving record is important and a CDL license is a plus.

Spanish is a plus.
